Webinar - Agile Marketing Applying Scrum Methods to Scaling Digital Teams
As teams begin to look for more agile ways of working, project management or delivery may be a topic of conversation. A project manager is a person who helps run the project internally and externally while making sure everything stays on time, on track and on budget. In this webinar, we will learn what the Agile Scrum Method is, how to apply Scrum Methodologies, as well as learn the best tips and tricks for streamlining your scrum model.
Scrum was originally developed for software development projects. However, as a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value, it has increasingly been used for managing the progress of digital marketing projects.
In today’s fast-moving world, it’s more important than ever for marketers to focus on high-value activities, projects and more agile ways of working. Whether you’re working for an agency or you’re part of a corporate marketing team, the Agile Scrum Method can help you manage marketing projects more effectively – so you complete your projects on time and on budget, even when you’re managing cross-functional teams.
