Denver Marketing Mavens is a space for Denver women in marketing to support and learn from each other. Co-founded by Madison Martin and Brandi Koskie, marketing veterans who wanted to create a safe place for women to connect and share resources about the broad and male-dominated world of marketing, the Maven’s group is made up of entrepreneurs, interns, social butterflies, wallflowers, creatives, data nerds, and badass marketers.
A lover of words and of people, Sarah is a content creator turned recruiter. She works with her Denver-based team at The Creative Group to help creative and marketing professionals find jobs, because – let’s face it – the job hunt can be a little frustrating.

Brandi Koskie is the founder of Banter Strategy, where she serves as a content/brand strategist and web architect for a rad roster of local and national clients. This time in her career feels like the ideal culmination of all she’s learned, gleaned, (avoided), and loved about her 15+ years in marketing. Her web IA and copywriting collaborations have earned two ADDYs in recent years.
Madison Martin is a well-seasoned digital marketer who started Denver Marketing Mavens with one goal in mind—to create a safe space for local women in marketing to support and learn from one another. She has marketing experience for both brand-side and agency settings, for small and large businesses alike. When she’s not hustling during the day, Madison can be seen speaking at marketing events and hosting workshops.
A lover of words and of people, Sarah is a content creator turned recruiter. She works with her Denver-based team at The Creative Group to help creative and marketing professionals find jobs, because – let’s face it – the job hunt can be a little frustrating. She left her career in writing and social media to become an ally in the job search process, providing resume feedback, interview prep and market insights to individuals looking for their next gig. Her favorite part of the day-to-day, however, is connecting with interesting and talented people. Sometimes that’s over a cup of coffee (or nowadays, a Zoom meeting). Other times it’s a casual conversation over shared interests like mountain biking, indoor plant collections, corgis, embarrassing early 2000s rock music, etc.
Vanessa is a Sr. Recruiter with Creative Circle, a specialized staffing agency focused on connecting Creative, Digital, and Marketing professionals for freelance and fulltime opportunities. She began her career as a graphic designer with American Greetings creating social expression products for mass retail clients. Vanessa continued her career with American Greetings with roles in Product Management before joining Creative Circle as Recruiter. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University and an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and in the mountains with her husband and two daughters.
